Evening Concerts and Family Matinée performances in the Clare Rostan Appel Theatre
• The theatre, box office, concessions and restrooms are barrier free.
• Two accessible parking spots are available near the theatre and two more are available in the paved main lot. Patrons may pull up to the front door and unload. Driveway to theatre and parking at theatre is gravel. Parking is also available on tar-top main lot with access via concrete walkway to theatre.
• Volunteers are made available to assist you.
• Limited Wheelchair seating is available and may be reserved in advance or on a first come, first served basis at the door. Up to two guests accompanying a patron in a wheelchair unless previous arrangements are made.
First Fridays in the Gallery @ Appel Farm
• The gallery and restrooms are barrier free.
• Two accessible parking spots are in the paved main lot. Parking at the Gallery is on gravel. Please call in advance for availability of parking closer to the Gallery for each show.
Arts and Music Festival
• Accessible parking is available for patrons with disabilities in the field adjacent to the entrance area. Patrons are greeted by volunteers providing golf cart transportation from the parking lot to the box office and to one of the stages. You may also request a return trip at the end of the day.
• There is access to the Meadow stage via a tar-top driveway and concrete walkway if you prefer. The rest of the grounds are located in fields with grass that has been mowed.
• Accessible port-o-lets are available.
Commerce Bank Arts Centre
• Accessible parking is available.
• The theatre is accessible to patrons with disabilities and the restrooms are barrier-free.

Arts Classes & Workshops
• The Art Building, Gallery, Dining Hall, Dance Studio and Theatre is accessible. Sorry, the upstairs green room of the Theatre is not accessible.
Conference Center Housing
• South Dorm, Hill Dorm and Coop dorm are fully accessible. The Hill Dorm has a gravel drive with a concrete walkway to the building. There is a tar-top drive that leads to concrete walkways for the South and Coop Dorms.
• North Dorm facilities are limited. Patrons are welcome to drive directly to the North Dorm to unload. Access to the building may also be obtained through rear entrance concrete side walk.
