Every year Appel Farm welcomes new campers into the Appel Farm family, and year after year, our best source of new camp families is you…our current camp families and camp alumni. We so appreciate your help in spreading the word, and want to make it easy for you to let your friends know about Appel Farm! If you know of a young person who would benefit from the Appel Farm experience, please let us know who they are, and where they live so we can send them a packet of information. Refer a friend here.
Camp is only 41 days away, and the year-round staff are busily preparing for your arrival. The campers and counselors living in North this summer, 
will be happy to know that our last project was spreading wood chips in front of your bunk area! If you are new to North, this may seem unexciting, but if you have lived through a rainy, muddy, leafy day at Appel Farm, you know how much nicer the North Bunk floors are when we have fresh wood chips! It makes bunk clean up a lot easier too!
When Jeremy, the head of North, heard about our project, his response was "Hooray for wood chips! YAY!!! (I had to explain to my roommate why this makes me so happy.)"
