Seating is general admission lawn seating. Bring blankets or low-back chairs to sit on.
Sorry, pets are not permitted except for assistance animals.

Food and beverages are allowed, but strictly no alcohol permitted. Coolers, backpacks and other carry-in items will be inspected at the gate. Picnic baskets are welcome.
Non-professional cameras, without a flash or telephoto lens are permitted.
Strictly no tape recorders, video cameras and/or motion picture cameras or professional cameras with a telephoto lens.
No fires or camping on-site.
Bring sunscreen and hats. There is very little shade on the Festival grounds.
Ticket Sales
Advance ticket sales available only until Friday, June 6th, 6:00PM.
Order before Wednesday, May 28th to guarantee mail delivery.
Festival tickets purchased after May 28th will be held at the Box Office "will call," on Saturday, June 7th. They may be picked up any time after 9:30AM.
The Box Office, on June 7th, will open at 9:30AM, the gates open between 10:30AM and 11:00AM and the music begins at 11:30AM.
Group rates are available for groups of 20 or more paying patrons. The group leader receives a complimentary ticket to the Festival. Please call the Box Office at (800) 394-1211 for information.
Children 12 & under are admitted free of charge when accompanied by an adult.
All patrons that are 20 years old or are celebrating a 20th Wedding Anniversary on June 7th may enter the grounds FREE of charge. Tickets may be acquired at the box office on June 7th. Proof will be required for free admission.
ATM Locations
There are no ATMs available on the Festival grounds.
ATMs may be found at the Wawa market located at the Pole Tavern Circle in Upper Pittsgrove, NJ (at the intersection of Routes 40 and 77), at Pennsville National Bank on Route 40 in Elmer, at SuperValue supermarket on Front Street in Elmer, and at Century Savings Bank on North Main Street in Elmer.
Parking
Parking is free. It is available on-site and off-site with free shuttle transportation provided.
Shuttle busses will be available throughout the day traveling to and from the bus stop located at each parking field.
If our fields are unusable due to rain, all vehicles will be required to park along one of the many rural roads around the site. Busses will then stop at multiple, designated road-side locations along the main arteries.
When using the shuttle busses, you may wish to limit the number of heavy and bulky items you bring.
Accessibility Services for Patrons with Disabilities
Patrons with hearing and speech disabilities may contact Appel Farm through the New Jersey Relay Service (TRS) at (800) 852-7899 or by dialing 711.
Patrons requiring assistance should call Appel Farm at least two weeks prior to the Festival.
Large Print and Braille programs available
Parking is available for patrons with disabilities. Transportation is provided from the parking lot to one stage at the beginning of the day and a return trip at the end of the day if requested.
There is a concrete walkway to the Meadow Stage.
There are no concrete sidewalks to the rest of the grounds, but the grass is mown.
The stages are equipped with Assistive Listening Devices (weather permitting).
