Rate Details
One Night Reservation
- Overnight Guests – less than 50 people: $40.00 per guest
- Overnight Guests – 50 or more people: $37.00 per guest
Multiple Night Reservation
- Overnight Guests – less than 50 people: $35.00 per guest per night
- Overnight Guests – 50 or more people: $29.50 per guest per night
Day Guests (no overnight stay)
- In Conjunction with a conference: $10.00 per guest per day
- Independent Day Group: $12.00 per guest per day
($600 per day minimum)
Extras (Additional Charges)
- Cubicle Suite (in addition to ‘per guest’ fee): $40.00 per day
The Cubicle Suite can accommodate 6 guests. It features three bedrooms, sitting area, kitchen and private bath.
- Theatre (in conjunction with a conference): $400.00 per day
- Theatre (independent rental): $600.00 per day
- Audio & Lighting Technician (Theatre): Contract Separately (AF authorized only. List of Technicians available upon request)
- Audio/Visual Equipment & Setup (Other): Contract Separately (List of local sources available upon request)
Food Service
Contract separately with a chef/caterer of your choice.

Linen Rentals (Rented from an outside source)
- Linen Packet $10.00 per set
- 2 sheets
- 1 pillow case
- 2 towels
- 1 washcloth
- Blanket $2.50 each
