Become an Appel farm volunteer
Join our Appel Farm family by becoming a Volunteer! Volunteers provide tremendous support to all our programming. Do you have any special talents that you are looking to share with others? Are you looking to contribute to a worthwhile cause? Without volunteers, Appel Farm’s mission of transforming people’s lives through the arts would be impossible!
You can change your life too!
Make new friends by sharing your experiences with others. New and returning volunteers work together on short- and long-term projects. We match your talent, skills and time commitment to projects that not only help us with our day-to-day operations but also give you a sense of accomplishment and further involvement in the arts.
Help us make a difference in your community!
Become an ambassador of the arts. Talk us up to your friends, hand out fliers, distribute posters or become a member of the “Discover Your Arts” activities team at various festivals and fairs in 2016. Help us promote the Music & Wine Festival at those events!
Join us on-site to beautify our facilities!
Help us plant flower and vegetable gardens, design murals, spruce up the grounds in the spring, mow lawns, paint and assist with building projects. Join us for Earth Day at Appel Farm on April 24th for a chance to do some gardening.
Be part of the team!
Work side-by-side with our fun staff while we work on interesting projects that keep our office running smoothly. The sky is the limit and we are always happy to hear about any skills and talents that you have to offer. With each new contribution from you, we have another opportunity to reach our goal of transforming people’s lives through the arts.
