For Teachers
Teachers are integral to our success
There are many ways for Teachers to take advantage of all that Appel Farm Arts & Music Center has to offer. Appel Farm employs teachers to teach On site Art Classes and Workshops and to go out into the community as a part of our Arts in Schools and Arts in Community programs. These teaching opportunities are available after school, on the weekend, and during the summer, as part of our Summer Arts Camp staff. Or if you are a Teacher looking for a creative field trip for your students, our Creative Connections program gives Teachers the option of bringing students to Appel Farm on a Visual or Performing Arts workshop. Appel Farm also offers teachers an opportunity for in school artistic enrichment through our School Residency Programs and our Curricular Partnerships.

ARTS IN SCHOOLS
We believe that the arts are basic to education: They transform teaching and learning and have life-long, positive, impacts on students, teachers and communities. To support this belief, Appel Farm offers a wide range of workshops, residencies, field trips, professional development opportunities, and unique curricular partnerships.
